Your account
Use an account you are entitled to access and keep its sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another player or attempt to access another person’s account. Follow the age requirements and parental-consent rules that apply to you and the game’s store rating.
Play respectfully
Do not use the game to harass, threaten, exploit, or target people with hateful or sexual abuse. Do not publish another person’s private information, post scams or spam, or share unlawful content. Do not bypass moderation, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with the game or other accounts.
Chat and moderation
Chat content is subject to automated checks and reports. You can report and block players through chat. Moderation may include warnings or restrictions on chat access. If you believe a decision or content rejection was mistaken, contact support with the relevant context. A report is a request for review, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Optional purchases
The store shows the product and price available before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are granted after verification by the game service. Items and currency are for use within the game. For purchases billed by Apple, Apple’s purchase terms and refund process apply. Refunds or revoked transactions can result in corresponding in-game entitlement or balance adjustments. This does not remove consumer rights that apply by law.
Online service and changes
Online features require a working connection and the game service. Maintenance, errors, or updates can interrupt access. Features and game balance may change. Support can investigate account and purchase problems, but this page does not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed response time.
Leaving the game
You can request permanent account deletion in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Read both confirmation screens before proceeding. Successful deletion cannot be undone and does not itself request an Apple purchase refund. The Privacy notice explains retained purchase and moderation records.
App Store license and your rights
Your use of the app is also subject to the license presented with it in the App Store. Apple’s Standard EULA applies where no custom EULA is provided. These community terms do not replace that license or limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited. For questions about these terms or a dispute, contact alit.forge@gmail.com.
