Privacy notice
This notice explains the information used by Realms of the Vale and how to contact the support team about it: alit.forge@gmail.com.

Accounts and sign-in
The game uses account and installation identifiers, the sign-in provider linked to your account, and authentication credentials to sign you in and protect account access. Your player name and chosen profile appearance form part of your game profile. On iOS, sign-in sessions are stored in the device’s Keychain. Sign in with Apple credentials needed to revoke the game’s authorization are handled by the server. When you choose Google sign-in, Google and the sign-in service process the account information you authorize and technical information used for sign-in and fraud prevention. Google’s sign-in service may use an IP address to infer a general location. Your provider’s name or email may be associated with your game account when supplied.
Game progress and public profile
We store game progress and actions such as villages, resources, armies, buildings, missions, rankings, and alliance membership. Your player name, profile appearance, game statistics, and relevant alliance or world activity may be visible to other players through the game’s social, world, and ranking features.
Chat, friends, and safety
Messages and related details such as sender, recipient or channel, and time are stored to deliver global, alliance, and direct chat. The service also stores friend relationships, blocks, reports, and moderation decisions. Global messages are visible in global chat; alliance messages are limited by membership; direct messages are shown to their participants. Direct chat is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service. Reported messages and relevant account details can be reviewed for safety and moderation. Automated language checks help reject prohibited content but do not guarantee that all harmful content is detected.
Purchases and store activity
Apple handles payment for purchases billed through the App Store. The game processes product identifiers, transaction references, purchase verification data, and grants or refund adjustments to validate purchases and maintain balances. The game also records store opens, offer and gem views, offer taps, and checkout taps with the game account, language, app build, product when applicable, and time. These events help understand store use; they do not contain chat messages or payment-card details.
Unity purchase services
We use Unity In-App Purchasing to connect the game to Apple’s purchase service. During purchase attempts, completion, failure and recovery, the SDK can send Unity transaction and technical information, including the product, price and currency, transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or signed transaction data, the device’s vendor identifier (IDFV), and available installation/session identifiers. It can also send device model, operating-system and language information, app/SDK versions and installation timing. This information supports purchase processing and service measurement. Apple handles payment credentials; our game does not receive your payment-card number. Deleting a game account does not itself confirm deletion of records retained by these providers.
Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you choose to send. Support uses Gmail, so Google processes that correspondence as the email service provider. The game’s support email link prepares app version and build information; it does not send the message automatically or attach your player identity, chat history, or credentials. Please share only information needed to resolve your request.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the game, restore access to an account, synchronize progress, deliver social features, verify purchases, investigate problems and reports, enforce community rules, and protect service integrity. Hosting, sign-in, payment, and email providers handle the information needed for their respective functions. Other players see only information exposed by the relevant game feature. Apple and Google also have their own privacy notices for their services.
Account deletion and retained records
You can request account deletion from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Successful deletion removes the live account’s game profile, progress, world villages, messages, social relationships, and store-activity events. Some purchase and moderation records remain for refund reconciliation, fraud prevention, and safety review, with the game-account reference replaced and relevant player-authored moderation content removed or redacted. These retained records should not be treated as completely anonymous. If deletion cannot be confirmed, the game retains recovery information and asks you to contact support rather than claiming deletion succeeded.
Your requests and choices
You can manage linked sign-in methods through Account settings, report and block players in chat, and request account deletion. For questions about your information, or a request for access, correction, or another right available where you live, contact alit.forge@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account; never send passwords or sign-in codes.
Players and families
The game includes online player chat and optional purchases. Check the age rating shown in the store and any requirements that apply where you live. A parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s information can contact alit.forge@gmail.com.
